So that's not just giving us the results, how you are doing, that's really about face to face meetings, talking about ways that we could provide additional value to our members and talking with our key stakeholders throughout the credit union as to how we can better manage and ensure success of the program. We want to make sure that we get our members the right card that fits their needs and is benefit to them. But we feel that we have a card that's better. And that's what we're trying to do is put the member with the correct card. It's not a sales program. It's more of a service program. This program is nine times the scale we experienced with our previous program. 10% of our members carry a Navigant credit union credit card, and 75% of those cards are active.
